Mr. Tamkin graduated from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts in 1982 (BA). He earned a Juris Doctorate degree (JD) from Cardozo School of Law in New York City in 1988.
Mr. Tamkin has been practicing law since 1989. He practiced in New York for five years and then moved to Cleveland Ohio in 1994. Since then he has practiced most areas of civil law, with concentration in bankrutpcy and foreclosure defense. He practices in Cuyahoga and the surrounding counties. His office is located in downtown Cleveland in the City Club Building on the corner of East 9th and Euclid Avenue. Parking is available in the area, especially on Prospect Avenue.
