Prior to my going to Mr. Tamkin they had sold my house. Mr. Tamkin stopped the sale. Others were advising me to go into bankruptcy. Mr. Tamkin advised me not to. He coached me to open a bank account and to do Profit and Loss Statements, since I am self employed. Mr. Tamkin got me a modification on my loan, that is incredible! He got my principal and balance down to $21000 and gave me a credit for $4000 and forgave all my arrearages. All my taxes and insurance are included. Since he did this for me, with my credit, my principal is down to $16000. Mr. Tamkin didn’t charge me a lot and he gave me a payment plan. I am very grateful to him!
